The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) is a statutory authority of the Government of Victoria responsible for the provision of curriculum and assessment programs for students from Prep to Year 12 in Victoria, Australia. Through the VCAA Board, the VCAA is directly responsible to the Victorian Minister for Education, serving both government and non-government schools. The mission of the VCAA is to provide high quality curriculum, assessment and reporting that promotes individual lifelong learning. The VCAA also celebrates student achievement through its excellence and awards programs.
