澳洲原住民與托雷斯海峽島民語言和文化聯邦是個非營利的組織，也是社區中以澳洲原住民語言計畫為基準的最高國家機構。該組織為回應澳洲的掃除文盲政策，於一九九一年成立，經由社區的支持以語言和文化計畫為基礎，促進原住民語言與文化的保存、回溯和重振。

The Federation of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Languages & Culture is a non-profit organization. FATSILC is the national peak body for community based indigenous language programs in Australia. The organization was established in 1991 in response to the Australian Language and Literacy Policy, to promote the maintenance, retrieval and revival of indigenous languages and culture, through the support of community based language and cultural programs.
