棒球鋁棒及木棒打擊動態特性分析 Characteristics of Dynamic Analysis between Aluminum and Wood Baseball Bat

[ 摘要 ]

本研究目的在探討鋁棒與木棒在七個撞擊點上不同的打擊特性差異。研究可分為三個部分:第一部分是瞭解鋁棒和木棒與球體碰撞之恢復係數的差異;第二部份是瞭解鋁棒和木棒與球體碰撞之振動響應的差異;第三部份利用七個碰撞位置之平均振動響應值來預測七個撞擊點之恢復係數。研究方法是將球棒固定於Kistler測力板平台上並找出甜區以及與甜區上下間隔五公分的六個點共七個撞擊點,再利用BioWare軟體擷取再經由快速傅麗葉轉換(FFT)得到振動響應資料;球體碰撞球棒時變形衝量與回復衝量的比值獲得恢復係數資料;所得資料經分析後以SPSS 10.0 for window統計軟體進行分析;最後以獨立樣本t檢定分析與回歸公式分析,是否有所差異,並設α=.05為顯著水準值。所得結果歸納出以下結論:(一)鋁棒恢復係數表現優於木棒;(二)木棒的避振能力優於鋁棒;(三)藉由平均振動響應值可推導出鋁棒和木棒的恢復係數之回歸方程。另外,在未來研究建議上有三個面向:首先應後續研究不同材質、勁度球棒的差異比較;再來研究球棒理論性與驗證性的模態分析;最後建議在棒球訓練過程中,能標誌甜區範圍,以利打擊訓練。

[ 英文摘要 ]

The purpose of this study was to characteristics analysis between Aluminum and Wood baseball bats in different seven striking areas. The study was divided into three major part: 1) Analysis about the coefficient of restitution(COR) of impact both bats; 2) Analysis about the vibration response of impact in both bats; 3) Establish the regression equation of the COR. The bats were striking areas in this study. The data were collected from Kistler force plate and used BioWare software processed FFT to obtain the vibration response. The COR ratio was captured in the impact force and the impulse. The data analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. The statistical method used single sample t-test and regression equation. Result showed that 1) The COR was Aluminum bat better than Wood bat; 2) The vibration response was Wood bat better than Aluminum bat; 3) The regression equation is shown as follows: COR of Aluminum=0.449+0.120*

Aluminum vibration response; COR of Wood=0.663-0.924* Wood vibration response. In this study we suggest that use sweet spot hit is better than other areas. Furthermore, to compare materials and strength of bats or using theoretical and experimental modal analysis would improve the bats technology as well.
