文化創意產業關鍵成功因素之探討---以三地門琉璃珠產業為例

從英國帶動起的文化創意產業風潮,迅速在各國之間蔓延開來,位於亞洲地區的台灣也趕搭這波風潮,行政院提出「挑戰2008─國家發展重點計畫」進一步將「文化創意產業發展計畫」囊括其中,屏東三地門琉璃珠產業,近年來原住民文化創意產業逐漸萌芽發展,已經從原本的原住民文化,慢慢的轉型成為文化創意產業。

本研究乃以核心資源理論為基礎,尋找個案琉璃珠企業的關鍵成功因素,以了解其競爭優勢如何產生。本研究之實證步驟如下:(1)透過強度抽樣來抽取具有較高資訊密度和強度的個案進行研究;(2)設計訪談大綱進行個案企業深度訪談及實地觀察;(3)根據訪談內容分析歸納個案企業之成功關鍵因素;(4)提出研究命題與結論。

本研究獲致以下幾點結論:(1)任何產業在不同的時期都會有不同的問題需要解決,本研究歸納出目前三地門琉璃珠文化創意產業主要的問題是,產品行銷市場不足與資金短缺;(2)三地門文化創意產業的關鍵成功因素是,經營者的人格特質、品牌聲譽、及產品獨特性;(3)經營者必須具備勇於冒險、創新技術與開發市場的創業家人格特質,如此才能持續建立品牌聲譽及產品獨特性,進一步解決產品行銷市場不足與資金短缺的經營問題。

The trend for Culture and Creative Industry which was first promoted by UK, has been quickly spreading out worldwide. Taiwan where located in Asia, as well taking a ride of this trend; the “challenge 2008 – the primary development plans for the country” which was brought up by the Executive Yuan, it goes one step further to include “the development plan for Culture and Creative Industry”; during the recent years, the aborigine Culture and Creative Industry has been gradually growing and developing, just like the Glazed bead industry in PingTung Sandimen, it has gradually developing from the original aborigine culture into the Culture and Creative Industry.

This study is based on the Core Resources Theory, searches for the Key Success Factors of individual case in the Glazed bead industry and realizes this success case’s competition edges. This study uses the following procedures for verification: (1) By the way of intensive sampling, picks the case with more intensive and extensive information for study; (2) Outlines the interview’s essential points and proceed to perform an in-depth interview and in person observation; (3) Analyzes and concludes the key factors for success from individual business case, based on the interview contents; (4) Raises questions for this study subject and conclusions.

The following are conclusions for this study: (1) Every industry has different problems to solve during different period of time. This study concludes the current problems that Sandimen Glazed bead’s Culture and Creative Industry faces are: insufficient market demand and lack of financial support; (2) The crucial key to success for Sandimen’s Culture and Creative Industry is: the business operators’ personality characteristic, product branding and the uniqueness of product; (3) The business operators must be adventurous, technically innovative and has the personality characteristic of business pioneers to developing market; therefore, product branding can be established and product’s uniqueness can be achieved, and proceeding to solve the management problems of product marketing, insufficient market demand and lack of financial support etc.
