新竹縣與苗栗縣賽夏民族植物之研究 Studies on Ethnobotany of SaySiyat Tribe in Hsinchu and Miaoli County

[ 摘要 ]

本研究以記錄台灣賽夏族對植物利用方式,以保存傳統生活智慧與文化傳承為主要目的。研究時間自2006年11月至2007年11月,以新竹縣五峰鄉與苗栗縣南庄鄉為研究地點,收集23位部落耆老或文化工作者之訪談資料,共記錄賽夏族群使用之有用植物有68科170種,其中以飲食用途種類最多,達93種,其次為生活用途69種、藥用用途61種、狩獵用途28種、經濟制度用途27種、口傳藝術植物20種、祭儀用途植物12種、避邪禮俗用植物8種、衣飾用途6種。

在賽夏族民族植物之用途類別中有單一用途類別的植物有80種,佔登錄有用植物總數的47.0%;有2種用途類別植物有50種,有佔29.4%;3種用途類別的植物有26種,佔15.3%;具有4種以上用途類別的植物有14種,佔8.1%。其中構樹(baSa:)可利用於6種不同用途類別,為用途多樣性最高的植物種類。在用途細目下具有1個用途細目的植物有76種,佔44.7%;具有2個用途細目的植物有41種,佔24.1%;具有3個用途細目的植物有29種,佔17.1%;具有4個以上用途細目的植物有24種,佔12.9%。其中以台灣芭蕉(halis)具有11個用途細目為最高。

The research has Ethnobotany of SaySiyat Tribe in Taiwan and regard keeping traditional intelligence and culture of life as the main purpose. The study which collected the knowledge of 23 elders and cultural workers of clan in Wu-feng township Hsinchu county and Nan-juang township Miaoli county recorded 170 kinds of 68 subject useful plants from November 2006 to November 2007. Among them there are most kinds of plants on dietary point, up to 93 kinds, 69 kinds of plants for living secondly, 61 kinds of plants for medical , 28 kinds of plants for hunting , 27 kinds of plants for economic use , 20 kinds of plants for oral art, 12 kinds of plants for ceremonial ,8 kinds of plants for warding off evils , and 6 kinds of plants for clothes and ornaments.

There are 80 kinds of plants with one using classification which account for 40.7% of useful plants; 50 kinds of plants with two using classifications account for29.4% of useful plants; 26 kinds of plants with three using classifications account for 15.3% of useful plans; the plants with more than four using classifications account for 8.1% of useful plans. Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) L''H''err. it. ex Vent was most useful variety of six kinds of using classifications. 76 kinds of plants with one using enumeration account for 44.7% of useful plans ; 41 kinds of plants with two using enumerations account for 24.1% of useful plans. 29 kinds of plants with three using enumerations account for 17.1% of useful plans. 24 kinds of plants with more than 4 four using enumeration account for 12.9% of the amount of useful plans. Musa basjoo Sieb. was the most useful plant have nine kinds of different using enumeration.
