遊客休閒涉入、遊憩體驗及滿意度之相關研究-以台灣原住民族文化園區為例 The Relationship Among the Visitors’ Leisure Involvement, Recreation Experience and Satisfaction: A Case study of Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park.

[ 摘要 ]

自1990年以來,原住民的純樸生活、建築技巧、風俗習慣和手工藝等逐漸成為觀光旅遊之最愛。繼紐、澳、美、加以及其他原住民族文化振興風潮之後,台灣原住民觀光熱潮也應運而生。聯合國並協助舉辦各種活動及振興原住民族文化會議,並將1993年定為「國際原住民年」,藉此提昇原住民族國際地位。

本研究所指原住民觀光是結合豐富自然資源並透過衣著、音樂、舞蹈等呈現獨特的文化、藝術的生活方式,吸引遊客進行觀光旅遊之活動。台灣原住民族文化園區是將台灣各族原住民文化以集中展現形式,以最經濟及最短時間全面瞭解台灣各原住民文化之異同。本研究將以台灣原住民族文化園區為研究主體,希望藉由問卷調查以探討遊客在原住民觀光之休閒涉入、遊憩體驗及滿意度之關係。

本次共發放500份問卷,回收且有效之問卷共476 份,並以統計應用分析軟體SPSS 10.0及AMOS 7.0 作為分析工具,建立各變項間的關係模式,研究結果如下:

本研究發現,到訪園區之遊客主要以南部地區遊客為主,遊客並以第一次及第二次到訪次數為居多,且資訊來源以親朋好友介紹為較多。由於到訪台灣其他原住民相關旅遊地區二次以上之遊客佔總樣本之80%,也因此得知其對原住民文化有特別喜好。

另外遊客也表示來此地能增加其生活樂趣,尤其是以園區之舞蹈表演、原住民傳統服飾及展示及原住民傳統建築最能吸引他們的目光。

遊客對部分物品之售價偏高較不能接受外,其他服務尚稱滿意。也從研究中得知遊客之休閒涉入愈高,不但能使遊憩體驗增加也能提昇其滿意度。

本研究所發現的結果與相對應之建議策略,期能裨益台灣原住民族文化園區之經營者擘劃營運方針暨服務策略之參考。

Indigenous people simple life, construction techniques, customs and crafts gradually become the favorite of tourism since 1990s. Following the wave of the revitalization of indigenous culture in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada and other areas, Taiwan indigenous tourism is also booming up. The United Nations assists in organizing various activities and meetings to revitalize the indigenous culture. For enhancing the international status of indigenous people, 1993 was dedicated as “the international Indigenous Peoples’ year”.

Indigenous tourism is the combination of local natural resources and their unique cultural such as clothing, music and dance to attract visitors. For the sake of saving tourism time, the culture of all ethnic groups were collected and formed the Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park.

For investigating the relationships among tourists’ leisure involvement, recreation experience and the degree of satisfaction in Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park, the 476 out of 500 sets of valid questionnaires were collected and SPSS10.0 and AMOS7.0 was used.

The tourist of the Taiwan Indigenous People Culture Park mainly comes from southern Taiwan and most of the visitors are the first time or second time visiting. The main source of information for this park is from their relatives or friends. From the ratio of connected the indigenous area second time visitors accounted for 80% of samples, it shown that they have special preferences for the indigenous culture.

This study also show that the tourist found themselves enjoy the life from this park and the traditional dance, the traditional clothes and the traditional construction bring then a new visions.

Except the price of Souvenirs, most of the services are satisfied. This study also shows that with higher leisure involvement, tourist not only can increase the recreation experience but also will promote their degree of satisfaction.

The findings will provide to government and serve as a reference for future planning and management.
