高中棒球聯賽球員參賽動機與次級文化之硏究

摘要

本研究之目的在於一、瞭解高中棒球聯賽球員的參賽動機與次級文化之現況;二、比較不同背景變項之高中棒球聯賽球員在參賽動機與次級文化差異情形;三、探討高中棒球聯賽球員的背景變項對參賽動機及次級文化之預測情形。本研究以問卷調查法來收集所需資料,問卷包含:一、球員個人基本資料;二、參賽動機量表;三、次級文化量表;四、學科興趣問卷;五、價值觀念問卷。

本研究以本研究以91學年參與高中棒球前24強之球員為研究對象,共發放362份問卷,回收347份問卷,回收有效率為95.85%。

資料處理採敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe法式後比較。本研究主要結果為:

一、高中棒球聯賽球員次級文化與參賽動機平均得分並不高;二、是否為住宿選手及是否為原住民選手在次級文化及上達顯著差異;是否為原住民選手在參與動機上達顯著差異;四、高中棒球聯賽球員最喜歡的科目為體育、音樂及聯課活動;最不喜歡的科目為理化、數學及健康教育;五、高中棒球聯賽球員價值觀念的追求目標為養成良好的習慣、鍛鍊健康的身體及獲得比賽冠軍,奪取獎牌;高中棒球聯賽球員體育運動價值為可以學到專門運動技術、可提供未來加入職業運動準備及獲得成就感。

Abstract

The objective of the research is 1) to understand the current senior high school baseball tournament member’s motivation for participation versus subordinative culture, 2) to compare the different background variables of the member’s motivation for participation with the different subordinative culture, and 3) to discuss background variables of the member’s motivation for participation with the prediction of subordinative culture. The search date is collected by a questionnaire survey such as 1) tournament member’s basic information, 2) the measurement of participation motivation, 3) the measurement of subordinative culture, 4) subject interest questionnaire, and 5) values questionnaire.

The objects of the research are top 24 tournament members of junior high school in 2002. It has issued 362 questionnaires and retrieved 347 questionnaires that the percentage of effective retrieve is 95.85%. Then data process has applied descriptive statistics, independent-samples T-Test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe'' Method etc. The results of research are as the followings:

1. The average score is not quite high for senior high school baseball tournament member’s subordinative culture vs. participation motivation.

2. There is a significant difference between accommodation contestants and aboriginal contestants in the subordinative culture.

3. There is a significant difference in the aboriginal contestant’s participation motivation.

4. The most favorite subjects are physical education, music, and extracurricular activities for the tournament members; the most unfavorable subjects are physics, chemistry, mathematics, and health education.

5. The tournament member’s values are to seek for good behavior, healthy body training, and a champion to get a medal. The athletics value for the tournament members can learn a professional athletics technique that can provide the future career athletics preparation and achievement.
