The purpose of the study was to understand how five-selected aboriginal baseball players were able to review their life stories and to find their process of the idolization by utilizing qualitative research method. The results are as follows:

1. Players believe that professional stars have some special characteristics such as good body shape, nice sport-ship, and excellent baseball skills. However, good-looking, which was general believed, was not the most important reason to attract fans’ attention.

2. Players all believe that media influence them tremendously. By getting along well with media, media professionals would publish more positive stories on newspapers and other media. Therefore, players may get higher salaries. However, players feel that the more famous they are, the more disturbance in their life.

3. Players hope that media can change the stereotyped images of aborigines because there are many biased thoughts of them in Taiwan.

By reviewing long involvement of baseball, the author conclude the following two suggestions with the result of the study: (1) having good career and life planning; (2) keeping continuing education for future baseball players.
