[ 摘要 ]

本研究旨在了解、分析山美部落當前部落教育發展的概況與困境分析,並探討學校、家庭與社區在部落教育裡互動的模式及所扮演的角色。基於研究者對原住民教育的關心,以及曾經在原住民學校擔任教師多年的教學經驗,以深入訪談法為主,找出山美部落現今存在的一些溝通上與理念上的問題。讓部落中的人士能有所省思,了解彼此的觀感與想法,找出彼此的優缺點,並探討分析之間的相關因素。以「教育孩子是需要整個部落的力量」為共識去合作,共同規劃相關的計畫,藉由採行一些有效措施,讓部落的教育做得更好,使得部落未來更具競爭力。

主要研究問題如下:

一、 了解山美部落當前部落教育發展的概況與困境。

二、 社區、學校、家長三個主要的單位中,出現的什麼樣的問題?又傳統部落教育力量式微,其背後真正的因素如何?

三、 社區、學校、家長如何重現傳統部落的角色,整合三者的力量,帶領部落找出教育的新方向。



研究結果發現:

一、學校人力不足,家長配合度不高,教師教學負擔沉重。

二、社區對於教育沒有長遠的人才培育計畫,以經濟發展為主要目標,僅是經費上的援助,缺乏實質的協助。

三、家長效能不彰,家庭教育有待加強。

四、三者之間缺乏良好溝通及有效資源整合。



[ 英文摘要 ]

This study aims at understanding and analysing the general situation and predicament of current educational development in Savigi tribe and probing the roles played by the school, the family and the community and the ways of their interaction. Because of my concern of aborigines’ education and the years of teaching experience in this aboriginal school, I try to look into the current existed problems of communicating and concepts in Savigi tribe through deep interview methods. To make the people in Savigi introspect themselves, realize their impressions and thoughts towards one another, find out their advantages and disadvantages and analyse the related factors within. In the base of the statement, “It takes a village to educate our children.” to cooperate, work out related plans and take some effective measures to improve the education in the tribe so that they can make the future of the tribe more competitive.



The disscussed issues in the study are as follows:



1. To understand the general situation and predicament of current educational development in Savigi tribe.

2. To find out the problems among the community, the school and the parents and the reason why the traditional tribal power of education faded away.

3. How does the community, the school and the parents cooperate and lead a new way in education.



The results are as follows:



1. The school doesn’t have enough human resources and the parents are not cooperative in many ways so the teachers’ burdens are heavy.

2. The community doesn’t have long-term plans for talented persons but takes the ecomonic progress as main goal. It only provide the financial help but lack the true active aid.

3. The parents are incapable and the home education should be reinforced.

4. The three of them are in lack of good communication and effective resources integration.
