「解讀.再現」-玭雅山泰雅文化商圈設計規劃(Decoding and Representation Design-Create the Trading-Area of Atayal''s culture in Pyasan)

[ 摘要 ]

在社會快速變遷之下,地方傳統產業與觀光業,為保有在地文化之特殊性,進行更新與再造之計畫,為加強競爭力與活絡在地文化,使其具有生命力。因有鑒於泰雅文化日漸流失之嚴重,本創作企圖規畫泰雅族文化商圈,以凸顯在地泰雅文化之特色,並藉由商圈整體規畫形成自給自足之文化商圈,除了促進地方發展繁榮外,亦使文化紮根傳承,由尋找、研究、承襲、教導、詮釋,成為泰雅文化復興之基地,內文除了介紹泰雅文化與研究泰雅圖紋之外,並嘗試創作出新泰雅式樣之詮釋,使大地披上泰雅的彩衣;導入視覺設計將文化彰顯於外、教育於內,達到文化宣導與傳承之效,經由分析地方「人、文、地、產、景」之要素,將人文歷史、泰雅文化、地理環境、產業之發掘與發揚及自然景觀之特色,整合並融入商圈設計規畫之中,使整體環境視覺形象具完整性。在創作成果部份分為基本系統、輔助系統、應用系統等三大項,其「基本系統」作為實際需要應用的視覺規範;「輔助系統」為強化及輔助基本系統或應用系統項目中,較特殊情況下可能發生的欠缺,在必要時能有依循的規範;「應用系統」以貫徹在地文化特色與精神等觀念,設定應用各種場合,以隨時確保其專業化、標準化、多元化的導入設計,避免無謂錯誤的浪費。重新規畫後呈現舒適與美觀之閱覽性,改善舊有的混亂與模糊性。藉由商圈規畫透過文化與設計相互交錯,在其中找尋平衡點,強調地方人情風俗與文化特色之優勢,降低資源不足及人口外流之劣勢,將交通便利空間充足之機會點提昇,展現出不同於經濟利益為導向之商圈規畫的模式,讓遊客有多元化的旅遊品質,並提高國內的觀光層次,也希望為地方帶來不只是經濟層面的實質效益,也能夠讓漂流在外的族人找回一個家。

In a faster changing society, in order to preserve the traditional specialty culture within that area, the local industries and tourisms need to be renewed and rebuilt. These regenerate programs will intensify the vitality by enhancing the local competitiveness and stimulating the spread of the local culture. To sense that the Atayal''s culture has been considerably misplaced, this scheme aims to set up an Atayal''s cultural trading area in order to reveal the specific characteristics of Atayal''s culture and form a self-sufficient trading area. Not only to promote the locality development and also to disseminate and inherit by researching, investigating, following, instructing and illustrating the traditional culture, to form an Atayal''s cultural-reviviscent base. In the text, besides the introduction of the Atayal''s traditional culture, analysis of the Atayal''s totem and pattern, we also attempt to create and interpret a new Atayal''s styling to make the land covered with the 毣tayal掇? Accordingly, the scheme of creation links up with the visual design and with educational functions in order to manifest and propagate the Atayal''s culture. By way of analyzing local 浵uman, culture, place, products and scenery? the five essential factors, to blend in the program of Atayal''s cultural trading area and complete it掇 image of vision.Regarding to the creative results, there are three major classifications: the basic system, the sub system and the application system. The basic system is the main model of visual design for the essential application; the sub system aims to assist and make up the deficiency occurs in some particular circumstances; the application system can carry through distinguishing features and the spirit of local culture in any occasions, in order to ensure the specialization, standardization and diversification of the guiding design and keep off errors and wastes.This renewed creation gets out of the original chaos and displays a more comfortable and artistic vision. The Atayal''s cultural trading area will map out with culture and design to find a balance, emphasize the advantageous position of sensibilities and culture, lower the inferiority of short of natural resources and improve the serious leaving of population. These, furthermore, will promote the chance of convenient communications and provide larger space to show different mold not only to pursue economical benefits also bring the travelers more diversiform and higher quality of tourism. Wish all these changes would bring economical benefits to Atayal''s and also make the emigrant Atayal''s flow back to their hometown.
