中文摘要:細部計畫1:設施山葵介質栽培最佳肥培管理之研究台灣山葵栽培產區以嘉義縣阿里山鄉地區為主,喜好陰濕環境,生長適溫為8℃-18℃,遮光度60%-70%,由於山葵對環境需求較為特殊,本研究將原先於國有林班地山葵粗放栽培方式,轉移至原住民保留地之農牧用地的農業設施內,進行密集式栽培管理,以建立山葵設施介質栽培最佳肥培管理模式,供後續推廣於海拔高度1,000-1,500之原住民保留地山葵之栽培。
細部計畫2:農業經營職能訓練需求評估訓練發展是農業推廣的重要工作之一,長久以來透過農業技術與經營教育訓練推廣計畫的投入,特定農業經營者族群的專業職能訓練發展需求,仍有待進一步的評估,包括不同特質屬性的參訓經營者所具經驗進行系統化研析探討,例如個人特質之年齡層及各類經營屬性等,以較具體瞭解專業職能訓練發展的需求情形之外,更可藉此探究有關特定農業經營者族群所需專業職能發展的學習內容及適當訓練傳遞方法之界定,進而研提出具體的培訓策略與相關建議,有助後續教育訓練規劃的改善依據。

細部計畫3:作物土壤植體營養診斷服務與營養障礙圖鑑更新提升經濟作物土壤與植體營養診斷之服務效益a.追蹤與調查各地區之重點經濟作物葉片分析服務之結果,診斷鑑認出營養障礙問題,研究發展對應之肥培管理技術,克服關鍵生產問題,提升土壤葉片分析服務之效益。b.於各鄉鎮農會與產銷班,推廣農民友善使用之改版的作物栽培施肥手冊,促進合理化施肥,搜集農友反應,補充調整施肥手冊,使內容充實及實用化 。c.持續補充、更新、建立主要經濟作物,施肥量推薦及土壤與植體營養診斷標準。d.提高化學肥料和有機質肥料之實際利用率,改進農產品品質,降低肥料不當施用對環境與生態造成危害,並大幅提高農業節能減碳成效。e.建置植物營養生理障礙知識庫與技術諮詢系統。f.系統性更新盤點與更新營養障礙圖鑑,以加速作物精緻化肥培營養管理之推廣。
細部計畫4:設施內蔬果因應氣候變遷之養分管理技術研究-甜瓜    建立設施內不同季節(如高溫與低溫季節)之介質養液栽培甜瓜 (如美濃瓜或洋香瓜)之養分與水分調控管理模式。提高化學肥料之實際利用率,改進農產品品質,降低肥料不當施用對環境與生態造成危害,並大幅提高農業節能減碳成效。建置設施內甜瓜營養生理障礙知識庫與養液栽培技術管理系統。提供設施內甜瓜栽培管理技術與水分與養分管理及病蟲害防治管理技術 ,供試驗研究單位及農友參考。

3:Research on the nutrient diagnosis service of soil and plant analysis and updating nutrient disorder handbookIInvestigation and study on improving the efficiency of fertilization of soil leaf analysis services and promotion of the new fertilizationmanual (1) review and track the results of soil leaf sample delivery analysis of farmers'' friends, the subsequent implementation ofrecommended soil management and fertilizer improvement, on soil quality,soil fertility, yield and quality of the benefits of improvement, inorder to improve service efficiency. (2) By the soil leaf sample deliveryanalysis, nutrition diagnosis, to find nutritional disorders, and with the on-theground investigation and visit, test and develop thecorresponding fertilizer management technology. (3) Promote rational  fertilization through lectures by the Agricultural Council Production and Marketing Class to promote the  rationalization of fertilization manuals,collect responses and reviews from farmers, and edit and supplement them in follow-up so as to enrich and make the contents more substantial and practical.
 
4:Research on nutrient management technology of vegetables and fruits in facilities in response to climate change - melon    Establish a nutrient and water control management model for the cultivation of melons (such as melon or melon) in different seasons (such as high temperature and low temperature seasons) in different seasons of the facility.
