中文摘要：細部計畫1:原鄉生態農業計畫效益管理與成果展現「找回原力－原鄉生態永續新農業核心技術研發與擴散」綱要計畫為回應部落期待，協助原鄉傳承培力逐漸流失之部落傳統農耕文化，維護農耕生產栽培模式、特色作物種原保存及生態多樣性資源保護，最終期望解決部落農產人力不足、農耕知識永續傳承並帶動部落綠色經濟。而為突顯總體綱要執行應用與技術落地速度，「原鄉生態農業核心技術管理與社經效益展現專案協作」細部計畫，將協助整體綱要計畫之目標執行發展並組成專責計畫推動小組，強化計畫成果績效追蹤，聚焦重點成果於在地應用，加速產、官、學研三方資源整合，以期實質提升原民農產業發展，吸引更多遊子返鄉。
本計畫除扣合整體綱要願景目標外，同時將藉由總體經濟衍生效益評估、技術成熟度分析(TRL)及個案成果潛在價值評估等效益模型建立，協助整體原鄉農產所創造之社會經濟及生態效益評估，並建立專家輔導與產業媒合運作模式，提供綱要計畫及其他細部計畫團隊參考規劃，此外將整合資料視覺化技術，強化計畫成果產出及挖掘產業化潛力亮點，提供決策者構思整體計畫資源與技術研發進展，有效提高決策精準度及資源管理規劃。
細部計畫2:臺南區原民農業營運模式之研究本年度以嘉義縣阿里山鄉達邦部落、特富野部落、來吉部落及里佳部落四個農業經營主體為調查對象，進行組織架構與價值鏈管理運作方式的訪問及問卷調查，並作初步的分析檢討。期能在產銷主體或團體現有的農產品供應鏈中，找出相關問題點、或價值鏈之互動及鏈結、或經營（商業)模式及其串聯、或提升/維持利潤相關經營項目等相關資料，進而提出改善對策，供原民部落農業經營主體或團體在價值鏈或商業模式管理上的參考。

英文摘要：1:Effective management and achievement promote of ecological agriculture project in the indigenous areaIn order to respond to the expectation of Taiwan’s indigenous communities, the outline plan of "Recover tribal value－the core technology research and achievement diffusion of ecological agriculture project in the indigenous area" has been prepared for assisting
indigenous communities in traditional farming culture preservation, which has been gradually losing its important heritage and conventional technologies. Therefore, maintaining their farming production, cultivation models, and characteristic crop species, and also including the conservation of ecological diversity resources are important tasks in this planning. To accomplish the objectives, we hoped to solve the shortage of agricultural manpower in the tribe, the sustainable inheritance of farming knowledge, and promote the green economy of the tribe. In order to highlight the implementation and application of the overall outline and the speed of technology
implementation, the detailed plan of "The Core technology management and social and economic benefits promote of ecological agriculture project in the indigenous area” will assist in the implementation and development of the overall outline plan and form a dedicated project promotion team to strengthen the plan. Tracking the performance of painting achievements, focusing on key achievements in local application, and accelerating the integration of resources among industry, government, academic research, and research, with a view to substantially improving the development of the aboriginal agricultural industry and attracting more wanderers to return to their hometowns. 2:Studies on the business model of indigenous agriculture in Tainan districtThis research focuses on 4 indigenous villages in Alishan Township, Chiayi County. A questionnaire will be sent to these groups to explore the information about organization framework, business model, value adding chain management and its connection with managerial profit. We expect to find out the problems encountered in the agriculture products value chain link, business model management, and the solutions will be suggested for further references.
