中文摘要：我國自民國93年6月電信普及政策正式實施以來，雖固定與行動網路涵蓋已達九成以上，然偏遠地區網路頻寬仍不足以為5G應用提供良好服務及品質等現況，顯示我國偏遠地區電信網路建設尚未普及。除此之外，隨著電信技術發展，電信服務已不再局限於傳統語音與數據服務，行動寬頻等亦已成為數位發展之關鍵。因此，本研究將研析國際電信普及服務機制及具體作法調查，偏鄉村里及原鄉部落的電信服務，以提升我國全體民眾的數位近用權利。
英文摘要：Since Taiwan has promoted the policy of universal service of telecommunications in, the coverage of fixed and mobile networks has reached more than 90%. However, the network bandwidth in remote areas is still not enough to provide good services and quality for 5G applications. This shows that Taiwan ’s remote areas Regional telecommunications network construction has not yet been popularized.
In addition, with the development of telecommunications technology, telecommunications services are no longer limited to traditional voice and data services. The mobile network service has become the key to digital development. Therefore, this study will analyze the international telecommunication popularization service mechanism and specific practices to investigate the telecommunication services in remote villages and native tribes in order to enhance the digital access rights of all people in Taiwan. |
