農田周邊的野生植物常扮演農業生態系生物多樣性的要角。豐富的生物多樣性,有助於穩定並提供多種生態系統服務功能。在2005年千禧年生態系評估生態系服務包含供給、調節、文化、支持四大類。農業生態系統是人類社會活動與自然生態系統之間的接口。在原鄉部落原住民族常使用許多原生植物作為蔬菜或保健植物,而這些原生植物通常具有適應當地生態環境、生育強健、少病蟲害、可粗放栽培等特性,是因應氣候變遷農業未來發展的重要種原。因此本試驗調查農田原生植物及原住民植物種類,瞭解原生植物及原住民植物花期等生育特性,以評估農田應用時之最適栽培方式,營造與強化農田生態系統服務功能。本計畫擬從生態系統服務項下的調節面向為基礎,量化其生態系統服務價值,並針對不足之處藉由本計畫進行深入研究,篩選原民植物中具有潛力的種類,包括樹豆、杜虹花、冇骨消、魚腥草等植物,評估其營造有益生物的生態功能,以增強主作物害蟲調節害授粉功能。後續並從友善耕作、植被營造、農田周邊植物多樣、輪作等技術面著手研究,強化生態系統服務功能,並研擬相關措施之相對生態給付機制,供作政策規劃與推動之參考。

Wild plants around farmland play an important role in the biodiversity of agricultural ecosystems. Biodiversity improves to stabilize and provide a variety of ecosystem services. In 2005, the Millennium Ecosystem Assesment organized ecosystem service into four categories: provisioning services, regulating services, cultural services and supporting services. Agro-ecosystem is the interface between human society and natural ecological system. In the indigenous tribes, indigenous peoples are used to many native plants as vegetables or health care plants. These native plants usually have the characteristics of adapting to the local ecological environment, strong fertility, few diseases and insect pests, and extensive cultivation. They are an important source for the future development of agriculture in response to climate change. Therefore, the purpose of this experiment is to investigate the types of ethnomedicinal plants and native plants in farmland, understand the growth characteristics of ethnomedicinal plants and native plants such as flowering period, and evaluate the most suitable cultivation methods in farmland application, so as to create and strengthen the service function of farmland ecosystem. The project intends to quantify the value of ecosystem services based on the adjustment aspects of ecosystem services, and use this plan to conduct in-depth research on the shortcomings to screen the potential species of indigenous plants, including tree beans,This plan intends to quantify the value of ecosystem services based on the adjustment aspects of ecosystem services, and use this plan to conduct in-depth research on the shortcomings to screen the potential species of indigenous plants, including tree beans, Formosan Beautyberry, Sambucus formosana Nakai and Houttuynia cordata. Evaluating for their ecological functions in onstructing beneficial organisms in order to enhance the pollination function and crop pests regulation. Subsequent studies will be conducted from the technical aspects of friendly farming, vegetation construction, plant diversity around farmland, crop rotation, etc., to strengthen ecosystem service functions, and to develop relative ecological payment mechanisms for relevant measures for reference for policy planning and promotion.</P>
