"2019年5月立法院三讀通過《原住民族教育法》修正案後,還「原」教育主導權已然成為現階段民族教政策方針。然而,原住民族知識課程發展重要性日漸加增之際,各級各類學校仍缺乏依十二年國教課綱編撰原住民族知識課程之經驗。此外,原住民族知識的內涵為何,仍待進一步探究,並需進行轉化,成為學生學習的內容。
本計畫為期二年,第一年針對排灣的知識內容,進行全面蒐集(含田野採集)與分析,並建立知識結構圖,提出文化性詮釋,進而擬具初步課程架構。第二年針對上一年研究成果,規劃與設計文化回應式(culturally responsive)的課程與教學,並進行教學實驗,透過知識課程工作坊,協助教師設計以排灣族知識為核心的課程與教學模組,盼有助於當前民族教育之延續與發展。

"After the amendment of the indigenous Education Law read three times and passed by Executive Yuan in May, 2015, turning the initiative of education back to indigenous people has become the current education policy for indigenous people. However, even if the importance of indigenous knowledge courses gradually increases, various schools still lack the experience of compiling the indigenous knowledge courses based on 12-Year Basic Education General Guidelines. In addition, the issue of the connotation of indigenous knowledge still needs to be further explored, and to transform into the content for students' learning.
The project lasts for two years. In the first year, it comprehensively collects and analyses the knowledge content of Paiwan (including field collection), and establishes a knowledge structure map, proposes cultural interpretations, and then formulates a preliminary curriculum structure. In the following year, for the research results of the previous year, we planned and designed culturally responsive courses and teaching, and carried out teaching experiments. Through knowledge course workshops, teachers were used to help teachers design courses and teaching modules centered on Paiwan knowledge, hoping to help the continuation and development of former Indigenous education.
