英文摘要：In 2006, Zhi-Shan Foundation initiated the project, ＂Empower the Aboriginal People to Make Their Dreams Come True＂. It was inspired by the idea that problems created by post-disaster reconstruction can only be solved when social workers are involved in the cultural context of the tribes and social organizations. This article describes the practices of this project, and analyzes the roles of social workers who carry out social work in an aboriginal area.
