''Ahahui o na Kauka’,夏威夷原住民醫師協會是一個非營利組織成立於一九九八年。該協會有雙重使命：1. 幫助扭轉夏威夷原住民狀況不佳的健康和福利狀態；2. 維持夏威夷原住民人口總數的健康成長。該協會的目標是擴大教育、科學與慈善活動的範圍，為所有夏威夷原住民爭取最佳的健康醫療服務。

Ahahui o na Kauka, the Association of Native Hawaiian Physicians, is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1998. The mission of Ahahui o na Kauka is twofold: 1. To help reverse the alarmingly poor health and wellness status of Native Hawaiians; 2. To sustain a healthy, thriving Native Hawaiian population. The association’s goal is to engage in a wide range of educational, scientific and charitable activities geared toward promoting superior health care services for all Native Hawaiians.
