SPC is an intergovernmental organization that provides technical and policy advice and assistance to its Pacific Island members in area such as education and human development, economic development, and natural resources. SPC was established as an international organization in 1947 and has 26 member countries and territories. Our vision for the region is a secure and prosperous Pacific Community, whose people are educated and healthy and manage their resources in an economically, environmentally and socially sustainable way. |
