澳洲原住民領袖人才培訓中心的目標是培育新的各階層原住民領導，也為所有澳洲人找到走向光明的正途。它是由澳洲原住民所擁有和主導下的非營利性的組織。該中心成立於二零零一年。作為一個有註冊的培訓機構，它提供了培訓原住民領袖的認證課程，以及培訓特殊領導技能但未經認證的短期課程。除了提供課程外，中心目標在成為一個強勢的組織，可以做到：增進原住民正規的知識、技巧和能力，使他們在自己的生活和社區中能應用到的有效率的領導力；促進畢業生與持續發展之間的聯繫；對有效率的原住民領導權力的本質能做到研究、推廣與交流。

The Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre aims to foster new Indigenous leadership at all levels, capable of finding ways forward for all Australians. It is a not-for-profit company, owned and controlled by Indigenous Australians. The Centre was established in 2001. As a Registered Training Organization, it offers accredited courses in Indigenous Leadership, and non-accredited short courses in specific leadership skills. As well as providing courses, the Center aim to have a strong organization which will: increase Indigenous people’s formal knowledge, skills and capacity to take effective leadership in their own lives and in their communities; foster ongoing development and connection among our graduates; research, promote and communicate the elements of effective Indigenous leadership.
