摘要
本研究目的為一、比較不同種族的男女生在社會支持來源的差異情形;二、比較不同種族的男女生在不同來源所提供的社會支持類型差異情形;三、比較不同種族的男女生在身體活動的差異情形;四、探討不同種族的男女生其社會支持來源對其身體活動的預測情形;五、探討不同種族的男女生其不同來源的社會支持類型對其身體活動的預測情形。本研究以南投縣水里及信義鄉四所國民中學生為受試者,抽樣人數為498人,有效樣本為425人,以自編之「原住民與非原住民國中生社會支持與身體活動調查問卷」施測。
所得資料以獨立樣本t考驗、二因子變異數分析以及多元同時迴歸方式進行分析,所得結果如下:一、不同種族的男女生在社會支持來源並無差異存在;二、不同種族的男女生在不同來源所提供的社會支持類型並無差異存在;三、不同種族的男女生在身體活動並無差異存在;四、不同種族的男女生其社會支持來源對其身體活動不具有預測力;五、除了非原住民國中男生其來自同儕之情緒性及師長的工具性社會支持能有效預測其身體活動外(p<.05),其餘皆未達顯著水準。
根據結果發現,在原住民或非原住民國中學生,不論男女,其社會支持來源及類型大多(除非原住民男生其來自同儕之情緒性及師長的工具性社會支持)無法有效預測身體活動情形,是否因社會支持需透過中介因子或共同影響因子,進而有效預測活動量,仍需進一步探討。

Abstract
The purposes of this study were:1. to compare the difference of the social support sources between the junior high school students with different sexes and races, 2. to compare the difference of the social support types from different sources between the junior high school students with different sexes and races, 3. to compare the difference of physical activity between the junior high school students with different sexes and races, 4. to examine how the social support sources of the junior high school students with different sexes and races predicted physical activity, 5. to examine how the social support types from different sources of the junior high school students with different sexes and races predicted physical activity. Four hundred ninety eight junior high school students from four schools of Shuili and Shini township in NanTou county participated in the study. The instruments of this study was a self- designed questionnaire which was validated by Actical Acceralermeter. T-Test, two-way ANOVA and simultaneous ressgression were implemented to analyzed the data.
The main results of this study were as the following:1. there were no significant effects between the junior high school students with different sexes and races in social support sources. 2. There were no significant effects between the junior high school students with different sexes and races in the social support types from different sources. 3. There were no significant effects between the junior high school students with different sexes and races in physical activity. 4. The social support sources of the junior high school students with different sexes and races couldn’t predict physical activity. 5. Only instrumental support from teacher was able to predict physical activity for the Non-Aboriginal boys.
According to the findings, social support sources and types mostly were not able to significantly to predict phisical activity in aboriginal or non-aboriginal junior high school students. There might be other factors that could effectively predict physical activity in this sample. Future studies were recommended to locate better predictors for physical activity behavior in the jounior high school students with different sexes and races. |
