智能障礙者家庭之社會支持個案研究

[摘要]
本研究的目的在探討智能障礙者家庭的社會支持,了解他們獲得的方式、來源、影響及遭遇的困境。透過立意取樣,以花蓮縣的一個智能障礙者家庭作為質性研究對象,經由訪談家長和相關人員、收集有關文件和觀察及專家信效度,透過三角交叉檢視法(triangulation)比對資料,呈現其家庭社會支持的現狀。本研究發現如下:
一、智能障礙者家庭之社會支持的來源可分為初級支持系統與次級支持系統兩類。
二、智能障礙者家庭之社會支持的內容及方式包括社福單位、教育單位、親友等三方面。
三、社會支持對智能障礙者家庭具有影響。
四、智能障礙者家庭在賦能及尋求社會支持遭遇的困境。
並根據以上研究發現提出建議。

[英文摘要]
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the family with mental retardation in social support. Under this situation, we could understand their style, sources, impact, and suffering when they met. The research method was adopted by using interviewing parents, related-document collection, and experts validity & reliability. The research also used triangualtion to compare data in order to show the status of family''s social support. The results of this study were as followings:
1. The sources of the family with mental reatardation were divided into two systems, one was basic level system, and the other was advanced one.
2. The contects and styles of the family with mental retardation included social welfare units, educational units, and relatives & friends.
3. It would affect the social support for the family with mental retardation.
4. The family with mental retardation met hardships in empowerment and social-support looking.
