本計畫旨在研究原住民傳統作物--山胡椒，建立商業栽培技術。本年度研究方向為建立山胡椒適當栽培密度技術和成株頂部修剪技術，兩項技術之研究。

The project aims to study the traditional crop of the indigenous, the mountain litsea (Litsea cubeba), to establish commercial cultivation techniques. This year research direction is to establish the appropriate cultivation density technology of mountain litsea and the technology of pruning the top of the adult plant of mountain litsea, two technologies.
