針對花蓮、台東、屏東、高雄推動之原民廊道內部落,分年分期發展部落特色農遊,盤點部落特色農耕、狩獵、飲食等旅遊資源,規劃適合之部落農遊體驗遊程10組,並針對部落與季節時程發起原味快閃餐廳之美食體驗活動30場次,辦理原住民族美食創意料理相關競賽與製作料理食譜,以打造專屬部落的美食意象,並協助部落族人藉此方式發展部落創新事業,讓更多部落青年留鄉發展,逐步提升部落認同與經濟效益。
In this study, indiginouse tribes of Hualien, Taitung, Pingtung and Kaohsiung were surveyed with characteristics of agritourism, and data collection and analysis of their advantages and disadvantages were conducted on the production, marketing, manpower, and channels. Then, according to the preliminary conclusions to develop 10 sets of in-depth agritourism, and cooperate with tourism industry or regional farmers associations to promote agritourism. In addition, 30 food experience activities of the indiginous pop-up restaurant were launched for the tribal features and the seasonal schedule. The competition related to the creative indiginouse cuisine and the production of cooking recipes were organized to create the exclusive tribal gastronamy image. Finally, to assist tribal people to develop tribal start-up business in this way, so that more tribal youth can stay in their hometowns for development, and gradually improve tribal identity and economic benefits. |
