澳洲原住民與托雷斯海峽島民心靈治癒基金會為一獨立的原住民組織，致力於原住民社區的復原、重建。基金會建立於澳洲總理對原住民與托雷斯海峽島民公開道歉後的一周年紀念日，支持並推動原住民心靈治療至全澳洲。基金會在澳洲各地推行高文化特質且由地方運作的社區計畫，並贊助心靈治療的教育與研究。這些計畫幫助孩子健壯成長、提供「失竊的一代」的受害者協助，並幫助社區建立文化力量、提升人們在廣大社會中的工作技能。基金會的運作模式是根據與澳洲原住民與托雷斯海峽島民的全國性協商而擬定的。

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Healing Foundation is an independent Indigenous organization with a focus on healing our community. Established on the first anniversary of the Apology to Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples it supports and promotes Indigenous healing throughout Australia. We support culturally strong, locally run community programs around Australia and fund education and research on healing. These programs grow our kids strong, support members of the Stolen Generations, assist communities to build cultural strength and skill up people working with our mob. The healing Foundation model was created following a national consultation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
