原住民專班與族群文化認同之研究-從原住民族教育法出發

本研究為涵蓋法律與教育面向之跨領域研究,旨在了解原住民專班學生對於就讀之原住民專班法制、族群認同與原住民族轉型正義面向之認同程度與態度,以此作為原住民專班與課程之立法目的是否有符合原住民學生之需求。先依據與本研究相關之文獻作為設計問卷之基礎,並結合《原住民族教育法》中之原住民族教育面向之要點,設計成問卷形式供學生填寫,再蒐集完問卷加以整理後,最後則以統計的方式進行分析有效問卷之數據資料。再根據分析後之資料得出原住民專班學生對於原專班之法制面向、族群認同與原住民族轉型正義大部分持正面滿意的看法,並針對原住民專班主管機關、師資等漏洞提出擬制「大專院校原住民專班辦法草案」,並給未來之研究者後續鑽研方向與建議。

The literature review contained education and law, and use them as the basis to explore the origin of the programs for indigenous and their core values. The main purpose of this study was to explore the ethnic identity and attitude about indigenous students. By combining the key point of “Education Act for Indigenous Peoples”and the questionnaire is designed for students to fill in. After collecting and collating the questionnaires, the statistical approaches were used to analyze the data of valid questionnaires. Based on the study results, suggestions were afforded for the programs of indigenous, and for the further studies. Based on the study results, a comparation analysis was conducted between hypotheses tests and theories. In summary, the interpretation of this study results would be aimed at the current issues of the indigenous education programs to propose “a draft of the Act of Indigenous Education in Colleges” and suggestions for future studies as well.
