國家考試是促進原住民族社會流動的重要機制之一。本文探討當前原住民族公務人員結構，並從中探究該結構所顯示的文化意義。另外，本文也針對現階段原住民族國家考試相關議題進行分析，包括（1）語言納入考試、培訓或認證、（ 2）目前考選舉才的重心、（3）建立原住民族警察考用制度。

Governmental Examinations for civil services has been the important way of promote social mobility in each of indigenous people’s communities. The article has investigated explored the structure of civil service in indigenous people and exploring its meaning in aboriginal culture. Besides, it also shed light on some current issues of civil services examination for indigenous people, those topic include (1) adding aboriginal dialects proficiency standard in examination, training dialects communicative skilled and establishing system of dialects authentication; (2) examining the current focus of exam and recruitment for indigenous people ,(3) establishing police system of exam and recruitment for indigenous people.
