新住民、外籍勞工、身心障礙者及原住民在我國整體大環境之下，是相對弱勢的族群，由於經濟、社會、文化及生活習慣等條件因素限制而有用藥安全認知的落差，且其在就醫方便性、可親性及安全性等均遭遇一定困難，在用藥資訊之獲得或是藥物諮詢亦因語言差異易遭受阻礙，因此將正確用藥安全資訊傳達給他們，教育他們具備基本正確用藥常識是刻不容緩的。希望透過計畫的執行協助建立新住民、外籍勞工、身心障礙者及原住民正確安全的用藥觀念；全面性地建構特殊族群用藥安全體系，也讓社區藥局藥事人員可以關懷社會上更多的弱勢族群，為全民用藥安全貢獻一己之力。

I hope, through the implementation of plans to help build new residents, foreign workers with disabilities and aboriginal right medication safety concept; special groups to construct
a comprehensive drug safety system, but also to the community pharmacy pharmacy staff can care for more vulnerable groups in society, single-handedly contributed to national drug safety.
