本研究探討原住民族家庭如何回應兒少保護的國家政策與措施，及接受專業服務後的改變為何。研究採質性的半結構深度訪談方式，蒐集5位研究對象的經驗後發現，在服務使用的經驗上，研究對象給予服務正向肯定、認同國家介入家庭事件，以及對服務提供者的認知程度低；研究對象也同意服務使用後家庭關係獲改善；在服務使用的方式上，研究對象具有服務選擇的自主性，且期待服務的長期性，並接受服務時間的有限性。研究最後提出三點進行討論，包括：誰才是此服務方案的主體？服務對象的需求是緩解經濟還是消除暴力？及多元對立的存在與否？最後提供工作者在實務上的建議。

This article explores how the aboriginal families respond to the governmental policy in children protection and how the aboriginal families change after using the professional services. The research study reported in this article applies the qualitative method with semi-structural, in-depth interview. Interview data were collected from 5 aboriginal parents. The main findings of the study reveal that aboriginal parents were satisfied with the services they used; they agree the governmental intervention in their families; they had little understanding of the service providers. Also, the aboriginal parents agree that their family relationships improved after using the services. In addition, the five aboriginal parents expressed that they had the autonomy to choose whether they used the services provided; and they expected long-term service program and they can understand why the program was time-limited. Finally, this article provides three discussions and three suggestions to practitioners.
