電視媒體的原鄉想像--探析臺灣原住民族電視台《O'rip慢.生活》節目製作的「緩慢」意識

台灣原住民族電視台( TITV)於 2014年,仿效挪威公共電視台(NRK)「慢電視」( Slow TV)的概念,企圖以部落原鄉的生活樣貌做為主題,透過長時段拍攝的方式進行影像紀錄,以「換一種緩慢的速度,感受生活中美好的節奏」做為企劃主旨,製播《 O’rip慢.生活》,並於週日晚間( 20:00-21:00)播出,陪伴歡度週末的讀者,面對緊接而來的急促都會生活。節目企劃的整體概念,圍繞於「緩慢」的氛圍,並以緩慢的態度觀看原鄉生活。但是,都市與原鄉的身體勞動,各自依循著不同的時間概念。對於原鄉的居民來說,勞動力在環境變化的壓力下,也存在著效率的問題。當《 O’rip慢.生活》的節目製作,以緩慢理解原鄉的生活日常,以都會機械刻度下「進步的」鐘錶時間,理解部落隨著環境變化的「自然的(原始的)」時間概念,本身便存在著都會意識型態的誤解。因此,《 O’rip慢.生活》固然呈現出原鄉部份的勞動生活,同時也紀錄電視台觀看原鄉生活的方式,體現都會對於原鄉的想像。就「離題搜尋」的閱讀狀態觀察, TITV《O’rip慢.生活》的製作,存在著開創的可能性。 TITV對於原住民族文化教育的使命,促使節目在強調原住民族身份、文化的狀況下,讓台灣版本的「慢電視」製播,背負了傳承的壓力。但是,製播團隊「長時段拍攝」的鏡頭操作,造成「離題搜尋」的閱聽效果,不僅讓讀者不被內容所限制,得以自由的聯想,節目單元也在製作過程中,逐漸超越族群血統的限制,脫離使命的框架,以回歸自然生活的普世渴望,思考媒體製播的方向。

In 2014 Taiwan Indigenous TV (TITV) followed the Norwegian Public TV (NRK) “Slow TV” concept, attempted to use the lifestyle of original villages as a theme, imaged records by way of a long period of time taken to “change a slow speed, feel the rhythm of the good life” as keynote planning, production and broadcasting “O’rip slow?life,” broadcast on Sunday evening. The whole concept of program’s planning, around in the “slow” atmosphere and the attitude of watching a slow life homeland. However, urban and indigenous labors followed different concepts of time. For Taiwan aborigines, the workforce at ambient pressure changes, there are also appeared efficiency. When “O’rip slow?Life” program-making is slowly understand the daily life of the aboriginal peoples. The following are the mechanical scale “progressive” clock time, to understand the tribe as the environment changes, “the natural (original),” the concept of time, and a misunderstanding in itself will ideologies. Therefore, “O’rip?slow life” is certainly showing a part of the working life of the original villages, but also record television viewing mode of the original village life, will reflect the original township imagination. On ‘irrelevant search’ reading state, we could observed the TITV “O’rip slow?life” production, showing the possibility of innovation. In the “long period of time to shoot” camera operation, resulting in ‘irrelevant Search’ reading effects, not only for the reader not to be limited by the contents, but also free association. In the production process, the program unit is gradually beyond the limits of ethnic origin, thinking the direction of production and broadcast media.
