原住民教育的行動研究---以山美地區為例(I)An Action Research on the Indigenous Education---A Case Study of Saviki Community.

研究內容 針對原住民教育討論,教育優先區、多元文化的觀點,都有其分析上的限制。近年來,從社會階層化及階級複製的觀點較能深入探討原住民教育所面對的問題。原住民教育問題,是偏遠、經濟弱勢、文化資本欠缺、刺激不足、家庭功能不足、語言風格限制等所有不利條件的集合,也挑戰批判教育學針對階級複製的檢討與反省。本研究採行動研究法,結合在阿里山山美地區的輔導活動,希望結合社區、學校,檢討並改善原住民教育上存在的問題。研究範圍包括數學教育、語言教育,以及民族文化教育和多元文化教育。
Both multicultural approach and Educational Priority Areas Project couldn’t solve the difficulties of indigenous education in Taiwan. Scholars use the theories of social stratification and class reproduction recently to discuss the dilemma in studying indigenous education need to face. Live in remote area, pool, lack of cultural capital, malfunctioning of family, unusual linguistic expression, all restricted and negative factors for class reproduction present totally in indigenous education. It challenges how Critical Pedagogy to resolve all these problems at the same time. In this research project we will settle an action research process to work with the community members and school teachers in order to improve the Tsou indigenous children’s learning in Saviki area. Mathematics, Chinese, indigenous language and multicultural Indigenous Education, all these research areas will be discussed in order to improve the learning effects of indigenous children.
