中部地區企業職業訓練需求之研究 Vocational Training Needs of Enterprise in Central Taiwan

研究內容

[ 摘要 ]
本研究旨在了解中部地區企業的職業訓練需求與探討中部地區不同背景變項企業職業訓練需求之差異情形。為達此目的,研究方法採次級資料分析法(secondary data analysis),研究對象係以中部地區之台中市、台中縣、彰化縣與南投縣之企業為主,並以中部地區「企業人力需求調查表」為研究工具,該調查研究係採分層隨機抽樣(stratified random sampling),依縣市別、規模別與行業別抽取共計2,176家,回收率為14.06%。其中有效問卷佔126份,有效比例為41.17 %。而本研究之資料處理係以描述性統計(descriptive statistics)與Chi-Square( )百分比同質性考驗(Test for homogeneity)進行統計處理。本研究獲致結論如下:
一、製造業以「機械工程技術員」與「機械工程師」為職類需求人數之大宗;職類群之間有較多共同核心專業知識、技能;理想受訓學歷方面,係以專科與大學居多;就願意僱用特定對象,依序以中高齡者、原住民、外籍配偶為最多。
二、流通服務業「售貨及行銷經理人員」、「其他食品製作處理工及有關工作者」之職類需求人數為最多;部份職類群呈現具有共同核心知識與技能的趨勢;理想的受訓學歷方面,大學、專科、高中職為多;就願意僱用特定對象,中高齡者與原住民為多數。
三、設計服務業以「園藝作物栽培工作者」、「電機工程師」、「室內及商業設計人員」之職類需求人數為主;職群間不易找出共同的核心專業知識、技能;理想的受訓學歷方面,專科、大學居多;就願意僱用特定對象,中高齡者佔多數。
四、不同背景變項之企業單位提供職前訓練意願沒有顯著差異。
五、不同背景變項之企業單位提供在職訓練意願部份達顯著差異。
六、不同背景變項之企業單位對於政府協助提供職前訓練服務的需求意願部份達顯著差異。
七、不同背景變項之企業單位對於政府協助提供在職訓練服務的需求意願沒有顯著差異。
最後將研究結果提出具體之建議,以供政府相關辦理職訓機構、業界、學界與後續研究者之參考。

[ 英文摘要 ]
The purpose of this research is to know the vocational training needs and explore the vocational training needs in different manufactory, distribution and design industries in central Taiwan. To attach the purpose, secondary data analysis will be used. The subjects of the research are the industries which are at Taichung City, Taichung County, Changhua County and Nantou County. The questionnaire which is called “Vocational Training Needs of Industry in Central Taiwan”will be used by researcher. The sample will be dealt with in stratified random sampling, and total of sampling is 2,176, feedback is 14.06%. 126 valid feedbacks contributed 41.17% respond rate which is acceptable result. Descriptive statistics and test for homogeneity of Kai-Squre could be used in deal with data analysis. The results of the research should be included:
1. “Mechanical & technical staffs” and “mechanical engineers” are the most job vacancies in manufactory industries in 2007. And, there is more common professional knowledge, skills between those occupation groups. The degrees of junior college and university are more suitable for those jobs. The people of ripe old ages, foreign spouses, aborigines are more suitable for enterprises’ needs.
2. “Sales & marketing managers” and “foodstuff–made works” are the most job vacancies in distribution industries in 2007. And, there is partial common professional knowledge, skills between those occupation groups. The degrees of university, junior college, senior high school and senior vocational school are more suitable for those jobs. The people of ripe old ages, foreign spouses are more suitable for enterprises’ needs.
3. “Horticulture workers”, “electric machinery engineers” and “interior & commercial designers” are the most job vacancies in design industries in 2007. And, there is not easy to find out professional knowledge, skills between those occupation groups. The degrees of junior college and university are more suitable for those jobs. The people of ripe old ages are more suitable for enterprises’ needs.
4. There is no significant difference on the wills of enterprises which offer the pre-service trainings for employees.
5. There is partial significant difference on the wills of enterprises which offer the in-service trainings for employees.
6. There is partial significant difference on the wills of enterprises which need the government to help them to offer the pre-service trainings for employees.
7. There is no significant difference on the wills of enterprises which need the government to help them to offer the in-service trainings for employees.
In conclusion, specific and practical suggestions would be discussed and to be further directions for departments of vocational training in government, enterprises and academics.
