馬卡道族高年級學童數學成就與數學態度之研究

[ 摘要 ]
本研究主旨在探討具馬卡道族血統之高年級學童與石光見地區漢族學童間在數學態度與數學成就上之差異情形,並研究數學態度與數學成就間之相關性。研究對象以屏東縣某國小高年級學童共計136名,其中具馬卡道族血統學童12名,漢族族群學童124名。以數學態度量表、小數、面積及幾何思考層次之紙筆測驗得分之結果,以獨立樣本t檢定及雙變數相關分析,加上對馬卡道族學童之訪談結果。
本研究有以下幾點發現:
一、探討國小數學學習應包含數、量、形三方面表現及數學態度。
二、不同族群高年級學童在數學態度量表得分上有顯著差異(P<0.01),而且漢族學童(M=193.582)優於馬卡道族學童(M=173.000)
三、不同族群高年級學童在小數成就上有顯著差異(P<0.01),而且漢族學童(M=66.430)優於馬卡道族學童(M=46.500)。
四、不同族群高年級學童在面積成就上有顯著差異(P<0.01),而且漢族學童(M=60.762)優於馬卡道族學童(M=44.416)。
五、不同族群高年級學童在范希理幾何思考層次,正方形、圓形、等腰三角形之層次一通過率無顯著差異。在正方形、圓形、等腰三角形、直角三角形之層次二通過率有顯著差異,且漢族學童高於馬卡道族學童。在直角三角形之層次一上,馬卡道族高年級學童通過率高於一般族群學。在第三層次上,兩族群學童通率都很低。
六、對屏東縣甲國小高年級學童而言,數學態度與小數成就、面積成就、幾何思考層次間有顯著正相關(P<0.01)。
七、對石光見漢族高年級學童而言,數學態度與小數成就、面積成就、幾何思考層次間有顯著正相關(P<0.01)
八、對馬卡道族高年級學童而言,數學態度與面積成就間有顯著正相關(P<0.05)。而數學態度與小數成就、幾何思考層次間無顯著相關存在。

A Study on the Mathematic Attitude and Mathematic Achievement of Senior-level Primary School Students of Makatau People
Abstract
This study focused on analyzing the differences of mathematic attitude and mathematic achievement between senior-level primary school students of Han people and those of Makatau people. The relativity between mathematic attitude and mathematic achievement was also examined. This study targeted 136 senior-level students from a primary school in Pingtung, Taiwan. The students were divided into two groups. One was comprised of twelve Makatau students, the other one hundred and twenty-four Han students. Findings of this study were based on results of a math attitude test, paper-pencil test of decimal, area, and geometric levels, independent-samples T test, bivariate correlation analysis, and interviews of Makatau students.
The findings are as follow:
一、Significant difference (P<0.01) in terms of mathematic attitude test scores was found between the two groups of senior-level students, with Han students(M=193.582) superior than Makatau students (M=173.000).
二、Significant difference (P<0.01) in terms of decimal achievement was found between the two groups, with Han students(M=66.430) superior than Makatau students (M=46.500).
三、Significant difference(P<0.01) in terms of area achievement was found between the two groups, with Han students(M=66.430) superior than Makatau students (M=46.500).
四、On van Hiele levels, no significant difference in terms of the shapes of square, circle, and isosceles triangle level one was found between the two groups. Significant difference in terms of the shapes of square, circle, isosceles triangle, and right triangle level two was found, with Han students superior than Makatau students. In terms of right triangle level one, the shapes of Makatau students were found to be higher than average students. On level three, the shapes of the two groups were both found to be very low.
五、For senior-level students of the said primary school in Pingtung, mathematic attitude was found to be positively related to decimal achievement, area achievement, and geometric levels(P<0.01).
六、For senior-level students of Shihkuangchienhan people, mathematic attitude was found to be positively related to decimal achievement, area achievement, and geometric levels(P<0.01).
七、For senior-level students of Makatau people, mathematic attitude was found to be positively related to area achievement(P<0.05), but not to decimal achievement and geometric levels.
