電腦輔助學習中的人機互動(HCI,human-computer interaction)牽涉到學習者學習時的外在教學事件是否能夠激起學習者學習時的內在學習事件.人機互動的不良將無法使學習者有效地學習系統中精心設計的學習內容,造成學習的障礙.人機互動的良窳會受到使用者個體的差異,人機介面以及系統主題所影響.由於針對電腦輔助學習如何應用在臺灣原住民學童上的研究付之闕如,並考慮研究學習者與電腦之間互動的情形可據以設計適合該對象的電腦輔助學習系統,因此本研究以臺灣原住民學童為對象,以期透過本研究了解臺灣原住民學童在育樂多媒體中的人機互動情況, 並根據這些狀況提供日後針對臺灣原住民學童設計多媒體電腦輔助學習系統的建議. 本論文以質的研究法進行資料的蒐集,使用的技術包括觀察法,訪談法,以及小老師敘述法.對象以臺灣北部泰雅族學童為例,觀察研究對象在育樂多媒體中進行學習活動時的狀態,並在爾後由小朋友以小老師敘述法的方式敘述軟體內容予研究者,最後再由研究者訪談研究對象關於其進行學習活動時的特殊狀態.後以學者所發展出的人機互動模式理論分析本研究所得的研究資料.並且從分析的資料中發現原住民學童的人機互動行為與思維模式以及影響其人機互動的因素. 研究結果針對本研究中原住民報導者的人機互動行為與思維模式提出討論,並且從操作,認知以及情緒三個方向提出以臺灣原住民學童為對象設計電腦輔助學習系統時的
互動設計建議.

To what degree that the external instructional events
active activatelearner''''s internal learning events is highly
related to the phenomena ofhuman-computer interaction(HCI) in
any computer-assisted learning(CAL)enviornment.The quality of
HCI would be affected by the individual differences of learners,
the design of user interface,and the content of CAL.Therefore,
studies on HCI can contribute on CAL design and development.
However,there isno research on Taiwan aboriginal learners'''' HCI
on edutainment CAL.This studytries to provide with design
suggestions of edutainment CAL for Taiwan aboriginal elementary
students. The qualitative method was used.Reporters are two
Tayal students from northern Taiwan.Observing,interviewing,and
teach-back techniques,camera-monitor dual screens video taping,
and audio taping were used through the datacollection process.
HCI behaviors and mental models of reporters as well as the
factors of HCI forms the major findings of this research.
This thesis lists operational,cognitive,and affective design suggestions of edutainment CAL for learners of Taiwan aboriginal elementary students.
