前的相關理念與政策，也有類似的走向，為建立一套符合國內原住民族的社會福利體系，並提出未來十年的原住民族社會福利規劃書。本研究將藉由文件分析及質性研究法，並以個別深度訪談、焦點團體和團體座談等方法蒐集資料，期能達成本研究之目的。
The development of international social welfare system for aboriginal people has been increasingly shifted from negative to positive. The trends of related idea and policy for aboriginal people are similar to the trends in Taiwan. In order to create a well-suited welfare system and to propose a planning report of social welfare system for aboriginal people for the next ten years, this study will mainly take document analysis and qualitative research as main methodology and adopt individual depth interview, focus group and group discussion to collect data needed.
