[ 摘要 ]

台灣原住民長期處於社經地位的弱勢,在台灣社會的快速發展下,未改變過原住民的社會地位,反而,讓原住民族社會與漢人社會之間的社經指標差距逐漸拉大,造成更懸殊的生活水準,尤以就業問題更為顯著。

本研究以原住民就業者為調查對象,探討影響原住民就業表現的各項影響因素,以為研擬促進原住民就業政策與相關措施之參據。

資料收集採面對面訪問調查法,對象以設籍於台中市15歲至64歲已就業者,有效樣本計703份。研究發現,性別、年齡、家計負擔、職業別、教育程度、取得證照等與就業表現中的薪資結構具顯著影響;族別、年齡與就業表現中的工作身份具影響水準;職業別、教育程度與就業表現中的工作型態達顯著影響水準;職業別、教育程度與就業表現中的僱用型態具顯著影響力。

本研究建議加強輔導原住民族提高教育程度,以累積豐富的人力資本;同時,鼓勵原住民族取得職業證照,藉以幫助渠等提高就業之薪資水準,以解決原住民面臨的工作與生活等問題。

The Taiwan''s aborigines being weak status in society for a long time. Under Taiwan''s society develop fast, it did not change the aboriginal resident''s social position, instead, causes the aboriginal resident and Han nationality society gradually the target enlarges, creates the more disparate level of living, especially gets employment problem more obviously in the employment labor market. This research takes aboriginal resident employers as the investigation object, discussing influence to the aboriginal resident to get employed factor to the performance. According to improve on aboriginal resident’s employment policy and reference to relative policy.

The acquisition of information picks face-to-face the survey procedure to carry on the questionnaire visit. The investigation object supposes the nationality in Taichung city form 15 years old to 64 year old of employers, effective sample 703.

The research being discovered the salary structure in employment performance produces obviously in the sex, the age, the family budget burden, the occupation, the education level, and obtain the card to illuminate. This research suggested counsel the idea to aboriginal resident nationality to promote get high education level, also increasing the rich human resources. The penetration encouragement original resident nationality obtains the technical license. So as to salary of structure help them solve to face the most lives question at present.
