本研究主要探討烏來鄉原住民對觀光衝擊與政府發展策略認知之研究，目的在於一、瞭解烏來鄉原住民對觀光衝擊影響認知、對目前觀光發展策略之滿意。
二、探討烏來鄉原住民在觀光發展衝擊影響認知對目前觀光發展策略滿意度之關
係。三、探討烏來鄉原住民的目前觀光發展策略滿意度及對未來觀光發展重視度間關聯程度。四、探討烏來鄉原住民在觀光發展衝擊影響認知對未來觀光發展策略之重視程度間之關係。五、提供未來發展永續經營的理念及政策訂定之參考。
透過文獻蒐集、訪談法及問卷調查法等研究方法，得到實證結果而知，一、不同屬性的原住民在觀光衝擊之認知上具顯著差異。二、不同屬性的原住民在目前發展策略之滿意度上具顯著差異。三、不同屬性的原住民在未來發展策略之重視度上具顯著差異。四、原住民在觀光衝擊影響認知與對目前發展策略之滿意度間顯著相關。五、原住民的目前發展策略之滿意度與對未來發展策略之重視度間顯著相關。六、原住民在觀光衝擊影響認知與對未來發展策略之重視度間顯著相關。建議方面：有關單位在發展觀光時，應注重與當地經濟、社會文化及實質環境產生正面的共生關係。以自然與人文資源為本，強調當地資源保育、維護當地部落概念、負起繁榮地方經濟、提昇當地居民生活品質、同時尊重與維護當地傳統文化，達成永續經營的理念。

In this study, we examined the perceptions of Wulai aborigines in tourism impact and government tourism development strategies. We have five mainly purpose about this research:
1. Realize the perception of tourism impact for aboriginal people in Wulai, and their satisfaction with current government tourism development strategies.
2. Examine the relation between the perception of tourism impact and satisfaction with current government tourism development strategies for aboriginal people in Wulai.
3. Examine the relation between satisfaction with current government tourism development strategies and future tourism development strategies for aboriginal people in Wulai.
4. Examine the relationship between the perception of tourism impact and future tourism development strategies for aboriginal people in Wulai.
5. Provide the recommendations about the concept of tourism development continuity in future, as well as government policy making.

From the results of literature reviewed, interviewed, and questionnaire. We got six findings in this study:

1. The significant differences exist between deferent demographic data of aboriginal people in Wulai in regards to the perception of tourism impact.
2. The significant differences exist between deferent demographic data of aboriginal people in Wulai in regards to satisfaction with current government tourism development strategies.
3. The significant differences exist between deferent demographic data of aboriginal people in Wulai in regards to future tourism development strategies.
4. The significant relationship exists between the perception of tourism impact and satisfaction with current government tourism development strategies for aboriginal people in Wulai.
5. The significant relationship exists between the satisfaction with current government tourism development strategies and future tourism development strategies for aboriginal people in Wulai.
6. The significant relationship exists between the perception of tourism impact and future tourism development strategies for aboriginal people in Wulai.
According to the findings, our recommendations were as followed. The benefit of local economics, social cultures, and environment should be considered while tourism develops by government. The resources of nature and humanities should be also paid more attention, emphasize the local resource conservation, maintain the concept of local aboriginal tribes, to shoulder the responsibility about prosperity of local economics, to accelerate the local living quality, pay a respect and try to maintain the local traditional culture. The elements we mentioned above will probably help to achieve the concept of tourism development continuity in future.
