本研究旨在探討高職原住民學生學習態度，主要目的如下：1.探討高職原住民學生學習態度的整體傾向；2.比較不同背景變項的原住民學生，在學習態度各層面的差異；3.歸納分析高職原住民學生學習態度的有效改善策略。為達研究目的，本研究採用文獻分析、專家訪談與問卷調查為主要研究方法。以自編的「高職學校原住民學生學習態度調查表」為研究工具，共計寄發1,308份問卷，回收有效樣本數1,105份，有效問卷回收率達84.5%。
資料統計方法包括：描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異分析。本研究的主要發現為：1.整體而言，高職原住民學生具有高於「中等程度」以上的積極學習態度；2.高職原住民學生的學習態度因性別、家長期望、學校的座落、就讀類科、學校教室環境、教師支持度與學業總平均而有差異，但不因年級、族群類別、家長原住民身分、居住狀況、家長教育程度、學校屬性而有不同；3.綜合專家的訪談的結果，共提出六項有效策略：（1）積極修正現行原住民學生入學模式；（2）認清原住民學生對技職教育的課程需求與考量傳統文化及技藝特色；（3）賦予傳統文化的時代性並加強雙主流文化的教育；（4）設立原住民師資培訓專班與正視特殊族群的教育方式；（5）穩固原住民學生基礎學科能力為後續學習做準備；（6）施予密集式輔導訓練與精英典範人才的養成。
最後根據研究結論，對主管教育行政機關、學校與教師、原住民學生與後續研究分別提出相關建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the learning attitudes of aboriginal students in senior vocational schools. The aims of the study were as follows:
1.to analyze the whole inclination on the learning attitudes of aboriginal students in senior vocational schools;
2.to compare the variation of various backgrounds of aboriginal students in senior vocational schools on their learning attitudes;
3.to summarize the tactics to improve the learning attitudes, these arising from interviews with experts.
The methods in this study were literature reviews, interviews with experts, and questionnaires. The prime tool was “A questionnaire regarding the learning attitudes of aboriginal students in senior vocational schools” designed by the author. The sample size was 1,308 with the total valid returned samples totaling 1,105, i.e. a retrieval rate of 84.5%.
The statistic an analysis of data included descriptive statistics, a one-sample t-test, an independent sample t-test and a one-way ANOVA. From the study results, some concrete suggestions are made for the benefit of education administrators, schools, teachers, students, and future studies
