高雄縣三民鄉民對發展社區觀光認知及參與之研究(Research of the residents recognition about community tourism development in San-Min Hsiang Kaohsiung County)

台灣原本弱勢的原住民鄉鎮,在傳統產業沒落與市場國際化的壓力下,除了面臨民生經濟問題外,同時也面臨傳統文化的日漸消失,與社經轉型的關鍵時刻,因此需透過居民自主性參與社區觀光發展,達到凝聚共識、利潤共享之目的。
因此本研究是以高雄縣三民鄉原住民部落對社區觀光的接受程度與參與意願做為研究主軸。針對三民鄉在地年滿十五歲以上居民,採取家戶問卷普查方式。研究結果發現如下:
一、受訪者中男性受訪人數略多於女性受訪人數,年齡層以青、壯年族群居多,教育程度偏低,高中職以下的學歷,占受訪者的百分之八十以上;職業以第一級產業的農、林、漁、牧業之人數為最多;宗族方面,則多為原住民,並以「布農族」之人數為最多,佔七成以上,為典型的原住民部落,「無固定收入」佔六成以上,九成以上「世居」當地。由調查結果顯示,受訪者大部分皆長年居住三民鄉,外來移入者甚少,故居民對自己故鄉會有較深厚的感情與認同。
二、受訪者對三民鄉觀光產業發展整體認知接受度極高,在生活、生產及生態三類的活動中,又以生活性活動之接受程度最高。
三、在觀光發展工作項目中,受訪居民參與意願與受訓意願最高的前三項皆相同,分別為「傳統表演」、「觀光果園」與「餐飲服務」。

The villages and towns of Taiwan aborigine are disadvantaged. Under the press of downfallen conventional industries and international market, expect for having economical problems, they also gradually lose their traditions and meet critical moment of changing socio-economic situation. residents have to automatically participate in development of community tourism, so that they can have a common consensus and partake of profits.
This research is based on pleasure of aborigine tribe on San-Ming Hsiange in Kaohsiung County, would inhabitants accept community tourism and take part in it. We are aimed to the residents, whose age is over fifteen years. We gave every household a questionnaire, and we got some results:
1. The numbers of male interviewer is higher than female interviewer. The age of youth and the prime of life are in the majority. They have lower level of education. There are more than 80% interviewers, whose educational background is lower than high school. The level 1 industry is predominant, many people work in agriculture, forestry, fishery and animal husbandry here.
On the side of patriarchal clan, most of them are aborigines. And Bunun Tribe is the majority, they occupy over 70%. They are a typical case of aborigine tribe. The share of inhabitants, who have no regular income, is 60%. Over 90% are living here for several generations. Results of research show us that most interviewers are living on San-Ming Hsiange for a long time, there have a few immigrants. Therefore inhabitants have profounder feelings and identify with their own hometown.
2. Interviewers highly accept development of tourism industry. In activities of life, production and ecology, the activity of life is more popular.
3. Under the work projects of tourism development, interviewers would like to play a part and receive training in traditional performance、tourism orchard and catering service. All of them have the same viewpoint in these three one.
