本研究首先審視西方國家 - 美國和澳州的原住民情況, 作本研究的參 考，然後檢討現今台灣原住民在使用傳播媒體作教育、文化用途之狀況。 最後, 本研究對台灣原住民未來使用傳播媒體方面提出一些具體之建議。In a contextual reference, this research begins with an examination of the current situation of the aborigine in the Western Countries - the United States of America and Australia. The examination of the uses of communication media for the educational and cultural purposes by the aborigine in Taiwan is evaluated. Finally, some workable programs for the improvement of the uses of communication media by the aborigine in Taiwan are suggested.
