1.瞭解現行社會救助服務對原住民的資格規定是否合理; 2.瞭解現行社會救助服務對原住民的給付內容是否適當; 3.瞭解現行原住民社會救助服務輸送體系是否分工明確; 4.提出原住民社會救助制度與相關辦法修正的建議.This research aims to study whether the existing social assistance system is fit for the indigenous people in Taiwan. It consists of four parts: (1) The appropriateness of eligibility; (2) The adequacy of benefits; (3) The division of service delivery system; (4) The recommendations for restructuring the system.
