原住民工藝產業與休閒效益之探討─以高雄市茂林區為例

研究內容

本研究以探討茂林部落工藝經營行銷策略聯盟、茂林部落工藝產業吸引遊客誘因、茂林工藝產業與休閒觀光互動狀態及如何使工藝產業創作保存自己文化等因素,以瞭解高雄茂林地區部落居民工藝產業發展現況與行銷情形,其中之研究對象包含茂林區工藝產業4位、政府單位2位及學者專家1位,研究方法則以訪談方式對當地部落耆老與共同輔導之文化工藝創作者、產業界、工藝師進行深入訪談,並結合文化、學術及政府單位資源介入之研究,期望透過產業之分析,探討茂林區工藝產業經營實況,提出未來發展之建議。
本研究結論發現,原住民族文化深層(琉璃珠)所蘊含的創意及知識,可透過創造與生產的商品化過程,轉化為文化創意產業,吸引更多的消費者,進而帶動原住民族產業經濟發展,改善原住民生活品質;另多元就業方案對原住民經濟發展有正面助益,可以保留原住民本身傳統文化,同時也將幫助歸納出整個部落工藝產業策略修正的方向,可藉由資訊媒體,傳達原住民文化精神、傳統故事,以吸引消費者參與,具產業發展潛力。

This study explores the marketing strategy alliance of Maolin tribal craft management, the incentive of Maolin tribal craft industry to attract tourists, The interaction state between Maolin craft industry and leisure tourism and how to make the craft industry create and preserve its own culture, etc., in order to understand the current situation and marketing situation of the development of the craft industry of the tribal residents in Kaohsiung Maolin area, Among the research objects are 4 maolin area craft industry, 2 government units and 1 scholar expert, the research method is interviewed to the local tribal elderly and jointly tutor the creators of cultural craft, Industry, craftsman conduct in-depth interviews, combined with cultural, academic and government unit resources involved in research, It is hoped that through the analysis of industry, we can explore the reality of the process industry operation in Maolin District and put forward some suggestions for the future development.
The findings of this study find that the creativity and knowledge contained in the deep culture of the First Nations (glass beads) can be used through the process of commercialization of creation and production, transform into cultural and creative industries, attract more consumers, and promote the economic development of Aboriginal industries and improve the quality of life of First Nations; Another multi-employment programme is a positive contribution to the economic development of The First Nations, preserving the traditional culture of the First Nations themselves, and helping to outline the direction of the revision of the strategy of the entire tribal craft industry. , through the information media, to convey the aboriginal cultural spirit, traditional stories, in order to attract consumer participation, with the potential for industrial development.
