原住民族教育課程發展與實踐之個案研究-以屏東縣百合國小分校為例

研究內容

本研究個案為屏東縣一所原住民學校,化名百合國小分校。本研究旨在探究該校推展民族教育課程發展現況歷程與困境。本研究採質性研究,利用文件蒐集、參與觀察、訪談等方法來對於該校推展民族教育課程的歷程、課程的設計、執行的策略及推展時遇到的困境分別蒐集資料,已進行分析。研究主要的目的為:(一)探究百合國小推展民族教育課程的歷程與現況。(二)了解百合國小推展民族教育課程面臨困境及因應作為。(三)提出對百合國小推展民族教育課程之建議,最後本研究試圖對這些困境提出建議。本研究所獲致的結論如下:
一、推展民族教育是學校立校重要的使命,背負著族人高度的期待。
二、民族教育推展是學校的校定課程,也是校務發展的重點,全校教師一起共同努力推動。
三、民族教育的課程符合九年一貫課綱學校本位課程及十二年國教課綱學校校定課程概念。
四、民族教育課程設計為螺旋式統整性課程。
五、學生對於民族教育的課程抱持著期待。
六、學校推展民族教育面臨的困境有校長的領導、行政推動、教師態度、課程設計、教學方式、資源及社區家長等因素。
最後,依據研究結果,本研究提出具體的建議,俾供民族教育主管行政機關及百合國小分校學校推展民族教育之參考。

This case study is an aboriginal school in Pingtung County, alias Baihe Elementary School. This research aims to explore the current history and difficulties of the development of the national education curriculum in the school. This research adopts qualitative research, using methods such as document collection, participating observations, interviews, etc., to collect data and analyze the history of the school''s national education curriculum, curriculum design, implementation strategies, and difficulties encountered in the implementation. The main purpose of the research is: (1) Explore the history and current situation of Baihe Elementary School''s promotion of ethnic education curriculum. (2) Understand the difficulties faced by Baihe Elementary School in promoting ethnic education courses and the corresponding actions. (3) Put forward suggestions for the promotion of ethnic education courses in Baihe Elementary School, and finally this research tries to make suggestions for these difficulties. The conclusions of this research are as follows:
1. The promotion of ethnic education is an important mission of school establishment, which bears the high expectations of the ethnic people.
2. The promotion of ethnic education is the school’s school curriculum and the focus of school affairs development. All school teachers work together to promote.
3. The curriculum of ethnic education conforms to the school-based curriculum of the nine-year consistent curriculum and the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines school-decided curriculum concept.
4. The national education curriculum is designed as a spiral integrated curriculum.
5. The students are looking forward to the curriculum of ethnic education.
6. The difficulties faced by schools in promoting ethnic education include the leadership of the principal, administrative promotion, teacher attitude, Factors such as curriculum design, teaching methods, resources, and community parents.
Finally, based on the research results, this research puts forward specific recommendations for the reference of the national education administrative agency and Baihe Elementary School branch schools to promote national education.
