原平台:如何建立原住民資源整合分享平台

臺灣位於亞洲太平洋的美麗島嶼,居住著各種族群,據原住民族委員會統計
資料顯示,原住民族約有 57 萬 7,863 人,約占台灣總人口數的 2.4%;其中,都會區原住民族人口數已占原住民族總人口數約47.91%。原住民族為求提升自我的社經地位,進而紛紛前往西部或北部都市討生活,但由於教育程度不高,且欠缺專業技術,通常僅能從事底層勞動行業,原住民家庭收入遠較一般家庭收入來得少。為避免因資源匱乏下導致社會問題產生,許多社會人士、社福團體或者是企業公司,便開始發揮人道服務及企業社會責任,共同幫助社會上各個角落的弱勢族群。

有鑑於此,為了更好解決都市原住民遇到的困難,本研究想透過建立網路平
台的方式,整合來自公益、企業、宗教、文教、政府資訊與個人愛心捐助者等多方支援,讓愛心有更適當的運行模式。從 Maslow(1943)提出的 Maslow 需求理論出發,本研究透過建立平台之個案研究,目的不僅僅想透過該平台滿足族人最基本的需求,更期望能透過教育、文化層面的服務,讓心理同時也能得到安全感及成就感,讓此平台發揮更大的價值,而不僅限於提供物質而已。

Taiwan is a country located on a beautiful island in the Asia Pacific where various indigenous groups inhabit. According to the government research, there are about 577,863 indigenous people in Taiwan , amd about 2.4% of the total population of Taiwan; and the population of the indigenous people in the metropolitan area has accounted for 47.91% of the total indigenous population.
In order to make their life better , the indigenous people went to western or northern cities find chances . However, due to their low level of education and lack of professional skills, they can usually only engage in low-level labor-intensive industries. In order to avoid the occurrence of social problems due to lack of resources, many people,social welfare groups or companies have begun to made efforts to help disadvantaged indigenous groups in this society.

In order to solve the difficulties happened to indigenous groups, this research aims to integrate support from public welfare, enterprises, religions, culture and education, government information and personal charity through the establishment of a network platform. Starting from Maslow’s hierarchy of needs (1943), this study employs case study on exploring the establishment of a facilitating platform for urban indigenous groups.The purpose is not only to give the most basic needs, but also to provide education and cultural services, improving the sense of security and accomplishment, which enables this platform to go beyond providing material and contribute substantially improve indigenous peoples’ life.
