南投縣部落文化健康站原住民高齡學習者文化課程 參與動機與學習滿意度關係之研究

本研究旨在探討南投縣部落文化健康站原住民高齡學習者文化課程參與動機與學習滿意度關係之研究,研究目的在於探討南投縣仁愛鄉十九所文化健康站原住民高齡學習者參與文化課程參與學習動機與參與學習之現況、不同個人背景變項,在文化課程參與學習動機及學習滿意度的差異情形與相關情形,以及學習動機與參與學習滿意度之預測力。本研究以南投縣仁愛鄉十九所文化健康站年滿55歲原住民高齡者為研究對象,採取量化研究、問卷調查量表之方式,針對南投縣仁愛鄉十九所文健站,每站發出16份,共發出304份,回收300份,回收率98.7%。本研究採用SPSS 20.0統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因

子變異數分析、資料統計分析、皮爾森績差相關與多元廻歸分析。
本研究所獲得之結論分述如下:
1、南投縣文健站原住民高齡學習者對於文化課程參與動機屬高程度,尤其是文
化層面的參與動機程度最高。
2、南投縣文健站原住民高齡學習者對於文化課程學習滿意度屬中度滿意度,尤
其是「學習成果」層面的學習滿意度為中程度。
3、南投縣文健站原住民高齡學習者對於文化課程參與動機上會因年齡、教育程
度、職業、婚姻狀況及文化課程之不同而有顯著差異。
4、南投縣文健站高齡學習者對於學習滿意度上會因年齡、教育程度、職業、婚姻
狀況及文化課程之不同而有顯著差異。
5、南投縣文健站高齡學習者對於文化課程參與動機與學習滿意度之相關情形均
達顯著正相關。
6、南投縣文健站高齡學習者之文化課程參與動機對學習滿意度具有顯著預測力。

This paper addresses the issue of A Study on the Relationship between Participation Motivation and Learning Satisfaction of Aboriginal Seniors Participating in Cultural Courses at Tribal Cultural and Health Stations in Nantou County.
Resarch data were collected through questionnaires, and the deata consists of 19 health station for senior in Nantou County.A total of 304 surverys were collected, and 300 surverys were valid. This effective response rate was 98.7%. Statistical analysis was performed using 20.0 SPSS software.
The results of this study are as follows:
1、Aborginal elderly learners of Tribal Cultural and Health Station in Nantou
County
are highly motivated to participate in cultural courses, especially cultural
participation motivation is the highest at the social level.
2、The elderly learners at Tribal Cultural and Health Station in Nantou County
are moderately satisfied with their cultural courses, especially the level of
learning satisfaction at the level of """"learning achievement"""" is medium.
3.、The motivation of the aboriginal senior learners of Tribal Cultural and
Health Stationin Nantou County to participate in cultural courses var acied
cording to their age, education level, There are significant differences
between occupations, marital status and cultural courses.
4.、Aborginal elderly learners’ learning satisfaction were varied due to their
age,education level, and professional marriage status. There are significant
differences due to different conditions and cultural courses.
5.、Senior learners’ motivations for participating in cultural courses and their
satisfaction with learning had positive correlations.
6.、Aborginal elderly learners’ motivation to participate in cultural courses
had Significant predictive ability to their learning satisfaction.
